Privacy Statement:
Any information which we receive from you is for the sole purpose of doing business with you as
our customer. We do not send unsolicited e-mails nor do we sell, share or give our customers
information to anyone.
Measurements:
All stones are measures at their "widest, tallest and deepest points." Cabochons are in
millimeters.
Our Guarantee: All of our merchandise is satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any
purchase you may return it in original condition with the original receipt within 21 days for a full
refund excluding shipping. If item arrives damaged, the insurance receipt will be mailed to file a
claim.
Using our Shopping Cart System: If you are purchasing a product which is a one of a kind
item Click on the “order now” button for that item. It will then take you to another page for
checkout, if you would like to continue shopping, click the “keep shopping” button. When ready
for checkout, just enter in your information on the secured server.
Secure shopping:
Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that
your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information
sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only.
Credit Cards: The Shopping Cart on Our Site is set up to accept Visa and MasterCard. Or you
may select one of the other methods of payment which will submit the order to us. Please note
that check orders may be delayed until funds clear.
Note: If you prefer you may submit your order and credit card information to us by telephone at
775-428-1650 we are available to answer your calls from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily except
Sunday Pacific Standard time.
Shipping Information: We offer free shipping within the U.S. for totals over $50.00. Items
under $50.00 ships for just $4.80 in the U.S. Reduced shipping abroad.
If you would like other methods, or faster service, we will email you the cost and wait for
your confirmation.
A note about our shipments: In most cases we ship either the same day or next day after
receipt of payment. We will notify you by email when item has shipped. If you have not received
your order within a reasonable amount of time let us know so that we can make sure that
something has not gone wrong. There are times we are out of town. If an item is purchased and
we are away, we will notify you when the item is expecting to ship.
